Our Refund Guidelines

At Alpha Web Creators, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality design, development, and digital services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. Completed Work Is Final

All services purchased, including website design, development, plugin creation, hosting setup, and other digital services, are non-refundable once the work is completed. A project is considered complete when the agreed-upon services have been delivered and confirmed by the client.

2. Work Verification

We keep thorough records of all work performed. If services have been delivered according to the agreed scope, no refund will be issued.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide necessary materials, content, and approvals promptly to ensure smooth project execution. Delays caused by the client may extend project timelines but do not qualify for a refund.

4. Revisions and Additional Requests

Minor revisions within the original scope may be provided. Additional work beyond the agreed terms may incur extra charges. Refunds will not be issued for changes requested after service delivery.

5. Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Services

Payments for hosting, domains, plugins, and other third-party services are non-refundable once purchased or configured due to third-party fees.

• Refunds for hosting are not available due to business closure or change of mind.

Special Hosting Refund Rule

• If a hosting refund is granted, it will be processed 1 year after the refund request.

Exceptional Situations

• Refunds may only be considered in rare cases at the company’s discretion, following the rules outlined above.

6. Agreement to Policy

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. All completed work is final and non-refundable.

7. No Refunds for Delivered Services

While we aim for the highest service standards, refunds will not be issued once the agreed services have been delivered, even if the client is dissatisfied.
